good position was an added bonus. had lunch/dinner at pol's house, which i found approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel. the room was brand-new and clean and included central heating, flat-screen tv, and a microwave oven. bed & pillows were exceptionally comfortable, i slept well.

The location was particularly good, the staff was great. Also, there was Parroquia de Santa Monica, set within 5 minutes drive...

Beds were too soft in this place.

be casa rivas was a delightful stay. the studio had all amenities, comfy bed, well-equipped bathroom, and working wi-fi and tv. the location was convenient, with free parking and nearby shopping center. the staff, especially juan, were friendly and helpful.

The apartment building was modern and clean, with a convenient elevator. It was located close to a metro station, making it easy to explore the city. there were nearby amenities such as a Lidl and a shopping mall, which made it convenient for shopping and dining. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and helpful, and Juan at the front desk provided great assistance.

There were a few negative aspects to our stay. We were disappointed to find that the pool hours were not accurately communicated, resulting in us being asked to leave after only 50 minutes of pool time.

The place had a cool living room, a small kitchen area, and a cozy lounge 🙌; everything worked well for us.

We had a great stay at Be Casa - Rivas Aparthotel! the apartment was beautiful with two bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchenette. It was very modern and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was perfect, with a big shopping mall and plenty of food outlets nearby. We also appreciated being close to the metro station for easy access into central Madrid. Another bonus was the free parking available. Cons: Nothing, it was perfect! 😊.

our stay at the apartments in rivas-vaciamadrid was fantastic! everything exceeded our expectations - from the excellent location and brilliant complex, to the perfect pool and dog-friendly facilities. highly recommended, especially for a concert visit!

something was off with the communication at reception
